Celebrate the last day of the Christmas Market with The Grapes very own Merry Maker’s Market from 12pm to 5pm, taking place in the historic Jacobean Living Room, upstairs at The Grapes.
Browse a curated selection of local handmade crafts, perfect for gifting (or keeping!), including:

• Resin jewellery to really let you express yourself to the world from the talents of Zoë Silver, who has designed jewellery for the likes of Goldie Looking Chain.
• Felting and cosy creations including – Kabisa who connects and collaborates with talented East African Artisans, passionately promoting their work to increase fairly traded sales. The world over, financial independence enables choice, liberation and empowerment.
• A limited series of photographic prints, developed and printed by hand from 35mm B&W film by Elizabeth Dobson. This project was created during covid when I volunteered at a city farm in Southampton, it showcases the animals that resided there, including the newly born lambs on April 2020.
• Crochet treasures with a personal touch from Nicel, a fibre artist and that runs Live Life Yellow. They create handmade crochet and embroidery gifts. At the heart of Live Life Yellow is community so a portion of profits is donated to charity every month.
• Handmade decorations sewn, appliquéd, needle felted using scrap vintage threads and more from @heidiboocrafts
• Memorabilia boards from Gabriella Johnson each memorabilia board contains over 50 items within a 10x10cm canvas panel, carefully encased and secured inside a hinged box frame so as to interact with your board when you choose. (Some items within these artworks are interactive/moveable and definitely need to be seen in the flesh!)
