Our Wednesday morning yoga class is a restorative gentle flow to de-stress and make you feel good. Suitable for all abilities.
Emma Reynolds a a Hatha yoga instructor who is passionate about the positive effects yoga has on every body and every mind. Teamed with the beautiful space that is Pococks Living Room, classes are a max of 10 people, allowing plenty of time for one to one time with Emma to get the poses spot on.
Originally from London, Emma has practised yoga for many years, having been originally trained as a Montessori teacher and has worked with children all her life. Classes are friendly and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere, teaching a restorative flow. We all recognise certain yoga poses and the beautiful shapes a body can make, but Emma believes yoga is so much more. The joining of mind and body to ease the stresses and strain of modern life and to achieve inner calm.
